Orders and Payment

1. How do I place an order?
Add your products to the cart, click Order, fill in your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation email with your order number.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contactmaisonkamta@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after your purchase, including:

  • your order number;
  • a summary of the products;
  • the total amount;
  • the delivery address.

Yes. All payments are secure and encrypted. We do not store your full banking information.

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days
  • International: 10 to 25 business days depending on destination

  • Canada: free shipping on all orders
  • United States: $5.99 USD, free for orders over $50 USD
  • International: fees calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

8. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many international countries. Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

10. What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • photos if the item is defective or damaged.

13. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • or item damaged upon delivery.

14. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, depending on availability. Please contact us before any return so we can provide you with the procedure to follow.

15. What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if possible. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

16. Are heated brushes suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our brushes and hair tools are generally suitable for various hair types, whether fine, thick, straight, or curly. It is recommended to adjust the temperature to your hair type.

17. What temperature should I use?

  • Fine or fragile hair: low temperature
  • Normal hair: medium temperature
  • Thick or curly hair: higher temperature, according to product recommendations

18. Are wooden combs suitable for curly hair?
Yes. Wooden combs are popular for gently detangling hair and helping to reduce frizz.

19. How do I maintain my hot air brush, heated comb, or straightener?

  • Unplug the device and let it cool completely
  • Remove hair after each use
  • Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth
  • Never immerse the device in water

20. Are the devices guaranteed?
Yes. Our electrical devices come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
