Return and Refund Policy — Maison Kamta

At Maison Kamta, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
- be returned in its original packaging, if applicable;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not returnable:
- opened or used personal care products, for hygiene reasons;
- final sale items, if indicated on the product page;
- customized items;
- gift cards.
4. How to Request a Return
Before returning an item, you must contact us at:

Please provide:
- your order number;
- the item concerned;
- the reason for the return;
- photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Important: the return address may vary depending on the product and country. Do not ship your return without receiving our instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend returning items with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returned packages without proof of shipment or tracking.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges based on availability, particularly for:
- a size change;
- a color change;
- a defective or incorrect product.
Please contact us before any exchange so we can provide you with the procedure to follow.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- the refund will be issued to the original payment method;
- the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unless it is our error or a defective product, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos if possible.
Depending on the case, we may offer:
- a replacement;
- a reshipment;
- or a refund.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Maison Kamta, if applicable.
9. International Orders
For international orders:
- customs duties, import taxes, and other potential fees are the responsibility of the customer;
- these fees are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs;
- they are non-refundable.
Depending on the product, country, and return cost, we may offer an alternative solution, such as:
- a partial refund;
- store credit;
- or an exchange.
